Plans
Four tiers, priced to the platform.
Every platform is different, so hosting is quoted to yours: the size of the infrastructure, the number of environments, the traffic and how much change it sees. The figures here are where each tier starts. Site care covers the small builds. The other three are for products with real infrastructure behind them. Every quote is a fixed monthly price with AWS costs included.
Every fixed-scope build we do is quoted with one of these plans attached, and every retainer client runs on one. People Bunch has run on Hosted with a developer for over four years.

Take over an existing platform
Built by someone else? We will run it.
Founders come to us with a product that works, mostly, and an agency or developer who is no longer around. You do not need it rebuilt. You need someone to own it. The takeover audit is a fixed price, quoted on the call, and the report is yours whether or not you go ahead.

We came to Poiema in 2022 for a one-off build. Four years later they're still our engineering team. Alex reviews the architecture, and we have a senior developer who knows our codebase inside out and ships continuously. They also run our AWS production and staging environments, so backups, monitoring and security are simply handled, all for one predictable monthly number. Most recently they built AI-assisted document upload and extraction into the platform. For a small company that needs software done properly without hiring an in-house team, I can't recommend them enough.
