Privacy notice

What we collect, and why.

This notice covers poiemasolutions.com, operated by Poiema Solutions LLC, Austin, Texas. It is written to be read.

The contact form

When you submit the form we receive what you typed: your name, company, email address and answers about your product and budget. It is emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery provider, and lands in our mailbox. We use it to reply to you and to prepare for the call. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share it.

Booking a call

Calls are booked through cal.com. What you enter there is governed by cal.com's own privacy policy as well as this one.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. It tells us which pages people read. It does not follow you to other sites.

Client data

If you become a client, how we handle your data and your users' data is set out in the services agreement and, where required, a data processing addendum. That document takes precedence over this notice for client work.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@poiemasolutions.com and we will do it within thirty days. UK and EU residents have the rights set out in the UK GDPR and GDPR respectively; we honour them regardless of where you are.
