Everything below is priced in US dollars. Hosting plans include cloud costs. UK clients can be invoiced in pounds at the equivalent rate. Prices are reviewed once a year, in writing.

Senior developers on retainer
A retainer gives you a senior developer who knows your codebase, month after month, with Alex reviewing architecture and priorities as technical director. No re-quoting, no onboarding a new freelancer every quarter.
You get a fixed monthly number, a weekly check-in, and a developer who can be trusted with production. Our longest retainer has run for over four years. Read how that works.
Retainers run for a minimum of three months, then month to month. Capacity is limited. We take on retained clients one at a time so each one gets a named senior engineer.

Build it
Fixed-scope builds
For a contained product or feature, we write the scope, price it, and commit to a date. Alex scopes and reviews the work. A senior developer ships it, using AI-assisted development to move quickly on the parts that do not need a human's judgement, and spending the human's judgement where it matters.
Every build is quoted with a hosting plan attached, from 400 a month for a site. That is deliberate. A build without someone responsible for running it is how products quietly die six months after launch.

I needed a site that explained what Wresonate does clearly enough that a prospect would book a call, and I didn't want a six-week agency process. Alex sat down with me, we worked out the positioning and the pages together, and the site was live within the week. He made every decision feel easy and nothing was lost in translation between what I said and what got built.

Claude Code Kickstart
For agencies and owners who want to build websites with Claude Code and do not want to hire a developer to do it. We sit with you for half a day, get the tools installed and configured properly, hand you a starter template that deploys in one command, and build a real page for one of your clients while you watch and then drive.
You leave with a working site, a one-page playbook of what to do and what not to do, and 30 days of questions answered by email. If you want a hand with your first client site, the second option adds three follow-up sessions over the following month to take it from brief to launch, with the first month of hosting included.
Sites you build after the Kickstart can go on Site care, so we run them and you sell them.

AI features
Large language model features for products people depend on
Document extraction, assisted search, drafting, classification, agents that do a job end to end. We have shipped production AI for the UK Foreign Office, where the constraints were public sector security review, accessibility standards and real citizens on the other end. That is the bar we build to.
AI work is delivered under a retainer or as a fixed-scope build, depending on size. See the Foreign Office engagement.
I most recently worked with Alex developing Large Language Model tools, where he was able to quickly understand the latest technology, its possibilities and how to apply these to the real world. I'm yet to find a skill or technology he cannot master. He's a pleasure to work with, always positive, always reliable, and one of the best I've ever worked with.
